Most days are spent like this. Guiding clients through the many changes that skin experiences throughout the decades. And it all starts with washing your face with clean ingredients. Am and pm. Cleansing the skin when you start your day will set the foundation for clearer, more vibrant skin. We cleanse to removes impurities that accumulate overnight from our bedsheets, from cuddling with our partners/kids/animals. We cleanse to then hydrate. Helping to protect against free radical damage and dehydration when coupled with an SPF moisturizer. Then again at the end of our day, we want to wash away the dirt/debris/makeup and oils that are on our skin and prep the skin for regeneration while we sleep. The skin greatly dehydrates while we get our rest, so cleansing and moisturizing is a must. Take the time to pay attention to your skin. Even 5 minutes twice a day and you’ll begin to see the changes take place.
